ARTWORK CURRENTLY EXHIBITING IN NEW MILL ART TRAIL FROM THE 9TH - 25TH SEPTEMBER. IF PURCHASED I'LL POST STRAIGHT AFTER THE THE SHOW IT TAKEN DOWN.

I wanted to create a painting which captured movement, the paint fresh and subtle. The pallet I used was very simple and is reliant on mark making to create contrast. Living near parks I have amble opportunity to observe the new arrivals every spring and the mother's exasperated attempts to keep them inline. Very much like the human equivalents. So here is the 'School Run'.
