This original porcelain sculpture on ceramic stand is one of the latest artworks of the talented professional Bulgarian sculptor Rossitza Trendafilova, deeply inspired by expressionism, floral art and modernism. Sansevieria is a historically recognized genus of flowering plants, native to Madagascar, and southern Asia. Common names for the 70 or so species formerly placed in the genus include mother-in-law's tongue, devil's tongue, jinn's tongue, bow string hemp, snake plant and snake tongue. It is one extraordinary fine art ceramic masterpiece and exquisite valuable modern home décor.
