A small box canvas painted in an almost impressionistic style offered for sale ready to hang complete with a frame that intentionally leaves the painted sides visible (could also be hung without the frame).

Painted spontaneously to capture the dramatic colours of the sky reflected in the shallow waters towards the shore as the surf flattens.

And if you are still puzzled by there being something to remind me, a Burt Bacharach and Hal David song recorded by quite a few but a big hit here in the UK for Sandie Shaw .....
