A small colourful pastel study of sandstone rock which is commonly found in the region of Cheshire along the Sandstone Trials up towards Wirral and along the coast.
The painting is on board specially prepared with gesso, acrylic ground for pastel and painted with Unison Pastels and charcoal. The pastel ground holds the soft pastel well so is only lightly fixed with fixative.
It comes framed and mounted with a off-white mount and dark grey smooth frame, ready to hang.
