Due to the pandemic, I have not been able to get to Venice for the third year. I miss this city immensely and that's why I paint with video broadcasts from cameras installed all over Venice. I wanted to paint a series of paintings with St. Mark's Bay at different times of the day in order to study light and color more deeply on the example of this view, as Monet once painted Rouen Cathedral.
