ARTIST COMMENTS:
This painting is important to me because the food was made by a very special chef in Asti, Italia. His speciality is typical cuisine from Piedmont, like "battuta al coltello di Fassone Piemontese." His restaurant's name is San Giovanni, and my brother Giovanni helped me to create the best composition with lights, hence the painting's title!
