Original artwork description:

An acrylic painting capturing the patchwork landscape of the east coast, where walking even inland you can taste the salt sea air.
This scene was one I passed most days travelling back to my farmhouse from the town I grew up in.
Using acrylic paint and acrylic glaze medium layers are built up and rubbed back to reveal previous layers and textures.
The painting is then drawn into with oil pastels.
