This is an ink painting of a shoal of Salmon. Inspired by Alaska Live, I have tried to capture the energy and colour of the annual salmon run taking place in rivers all over the world at this time of year.
I have used a mix of inks and water with lots of dripping, splattering and then more detailed brushwork on the fish themselves.
The painting is supplied rolled. If you would like it framing please ask for details.
