In March 2017, I was lucky to visit Armenia. During this period, everything blooms there and comes to life after winter. These places are stunning beauty! I wanted to paint all day without a break.

The painting depicts the Church of St. Gayane, founded in the 7th century. In 2000, church was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The picture was painted from nature.

The painting often participates in exhibitions, so there are two carnations on the back of the stretcher. I will remove them before shipping.
