Saint Circus La. Stunningly beautiful old town in France.
The medieval village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, located in the heart of the Causses du Quercy natural park, is considered one of the most beautiful in France. The village stands on a rocky outcrop 320 meters above the Lo (Lot) River.
Almost all the houses with steep tiled roofs were built between the 13th and 17th centuries, and several castles from different periods dominate the village. Until the 19th century, the village was of great strategic importance, and has now become one of the most popular tourist destinations in Occitania.
The painting was painted using classical oil painting technology. Impasto strokes using a palette knife. The painting is painted on a primed MDF panel, which gives it additional rigidity.
