Close-up detail of the shapes and patterns on the sail roof design of the Opera House in Sydney, Australia. The original design for the Opera House was chosen in a competition and won by the danish architect Jorn Utzon in 1957; not only has this building become an international iconic landmark, it also became a world heritage site in 2007.
