Watercolour looking across from the Cornwall side of the river Tamar towards Devonport dockyard and one of the slipways with King billie figure head which you can see to one side, this loose painting was done from plein air sketches and notes done at the time when we were parked near Mashfords boatyard, the painting is supplied with a mount and backing board, and is ready to be placed into a frame of your choosing, will also be supplied with a signed certificate of authenticity.
