Original artwork description:

The sky is a constant source of inspiration particularly when it offers a reflection over water. Sailing at sunset was created by me as a result of my constant sky watching and many boat trips at sea. The painting is on a small box edge canvas and is sold unframed. I have included a photograph that depicts how the painting would look in a box edge frame which I believe works particularly well. Alternatively the painting can be hung without the need for a frame. I have used a combination of palette knife and brush work in order to create vibrancy, energy and texture.
