A pictorial piece that addresses the theme of violence, its genesis, the origin of violent behavior through an allegory, which appeals to religious, natural, erotic elements; also, as to weapons, which in a pretext of updating the swords and spears they carry in the religious representations of angels, throws us towards reflections that in this piece becomes visible such are : where does the cult of weapons arise? Is the genesis of the cult of arms sacred? A terrible cult that has "evolved" today in the sacred right to war. This is an uncomfortable image, which at first glance, of some entertaining observer or observer is innocent, even naive. But it is not casual, behold a code, the aesthetic that accounts for the transgression of values that have been implanted from culture, politics, the arts, etc., is an image so everyday that it seems a picture on a wall, namely dogmas, violent rituals, the words, the supremacy, a swarm of unethical values; unfortunately, all this is assumed to be normal, as normal as having a picture hung on the wall where this sacred violence is represented, but we are content that this combines with the couch. Evidently, this piece can be observed from a sofa, and you can drink a beer, a glass of wine or a vodka, while observing, as it takes time to observe, time to think, and time to perhaps conclude; therefore, this painting is a place of reflection, an image that alludes to the sacred, but the sacred not as a meaning of the religious, but as a scapegoat who has strayed from the fold, who serves as the exponent of the immovable values of our civilization, that at this time require an ethical rethink that challenges him.
