"Ruvida" is a 30x30 centimeters / 11.811 x 11.811 inch work that is part of the "Heart in another skin" series. A human heart, carved in cold stone, is embellished with the sparkle of three diamonds. The red background, with its raised and deliberately imperfect damask pattern, creates a fascinating contrast with the hardness of the stone. It is a work that invites us to reflect on the strength and fragility of existence, where the hardness of the stone is softened by the sparkle of diamonds to symbolize the resistance of feelings. The title, "Rough", in addition to recalling the texture of the stone, also suggests the complexity of human emotions.
All made with acrylic colors on fine-grained cotton canvas mounted on a frame.
The work is equipped with a removable hanger and is signed by me on the back together with the title and year of creation. It will be shipped with a certificate of authenticity, carefully packaged and shipped via courier with tracking number.
