I hope this painting will bring back memories of walks where one comes across a small rushing stream, conjuring up sounds of gurgling water falling over rocks, the smell of the water and damp vegetation. Maybe you wish to take off your shoes and paddle in the water, or perhaps throw a stick into the stream to watch it carried off by the eddying torrent.
