Original artwork description:

I find still life an interesting topic of art, it’s mostly hit or miss and I’m yet to find one in-between. A while back I painted a few satire artworks on still life and vases (‘Vases for Decor Purposes’ or ‘Fruit Bowl’, I think it’s fun to play with the genre so I began this artwork ready to paint some very detailed still life and then ended up wanting to add movement with a parade of horses running through, they swim out of the still life and dive back into it.

For some of the artwork I wanted to focus on depth and on other days I wanted to make the shadows not make sense. So this is the result of this still life artwork. I hope it’s a hit for you.

This artwork is one of my hand-stretched ones, sold with hooks ready to hang and a certificate of authenticity.
