Rugged Struggle is about facing the extremes, physically or mentally, challenging yourself to keep going knowing what views await you at the top. I love nothing more than getting outdoors; walking, rambling, hiking and challenging myself. The stillness, the sound of my feet on soft earth, the sprinkling coolness of fog as it floats down surrounding me are all inspiring and almost meditative.
