This is an abstract piece from the jewelry series. Not wanting to go into realism, I wanted to convey all the beauty and shimmer of such a bright and beautiful stone as a ruby. My author's technique, in which both oil and acrylic are present, allowed me to achieve an interesting surface texture that can be studied and examined. This series is about the fact that the paintings of artists are jewels. I draw such a parallel and an allegory, depicting iridescent stones in the form of abstraction. I want to attract people's eyes to paintings as much as they admire the brilliance of precious stones. I would like to say that the paintings are no less valuable. I write my abstract works on professional primed cardboard, which can be framed immediately without a stretcher. The design is lighter.
