Painted on-site in the Iris Garden of the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Features a tall bearded iris flower. This variety of iris is called "Royal Trumpeter", and features a rich, velvety red color, with rose and pink highlights and burgundy shadows. Touches of spring green, blue-green, pink, and purple in the background indicate the garden where this iris lives.

Framed in a 3" wood frame with a mahogany colored finish.
