Original artwork description:

Roundism – 24-10-19

Through my last drawing ‘Roundism – 19-10-19’ I got inspired to delve into the contrast of realism versus roundism again. I abstracted the body in this work even more and kept the hand and foot realistic in order to have the viewer interpret the cubist shapes to be a body scape. I liked the compact body position because it allowed me to abstract it to the max.

Graphite pencil drawing (Pentel 0.5 mm, 3B) on Canson Bristol paper (21 x 29.7 x 0.1 cm) - A4 format)
