As for so many flower lovers roses are among my favourites. I find them just as beautiful when faded and that is how I have painted them here.

The canvas board was first covered with slightly crinkled paper, the edges of which are visible in places giving a little texture and added interest. This was then given a thin wash of acrylic gold and once dry the oil paint was applied.

I ship internationally using an insured, tracked and 'sign for' service. Should you wish to purchase more than one painting of this size or smaller at the same time I will be happy to combine postage costs. Please message me for details.
