"Roses in a vase" is a palette knife oil impressionistic flower still life painting made in 2023. This is an original oil painting on a 35 x 45 cm linen canvas. Painted with high quality oil paints, a brush and a palette knife creating a textured canvas (an impasto).

This artwork was inspired by the roses presented by my husband in our country house. I wanted to transfer the beauty of a pink flower and the freshness of its color.
