I absolutely adore the sight of the tall slender spikes of Pink Rosebay Willow herb which grows prolifically where I live. A sea of glorious vibrant pink and magenta shades against the grey of the track and rich green foliage. A looser approach to my painting & a return to my earlier style of painting many years ago. Rich gestural textural colour combinations and contrast combined with comfortable seascapes & landscapes with suggestion of wildflowers. Sides painted box canvas ready to hang.
