Roses are another flower that is often used representatively. Romance, love, an apology, patriotism, for me they represent my Mum, who will never walk past a rose without stopping to enjoy it's scent, and who will say to, every time without fail "ooh smell that Aims", she's been saying it since I was a little girl and still says to me now that I'm in my 30's. As a result, I always stop to smell the roses.

This is from an uplifting collection of spring and summer florals.
