I love these old trees with complex roots, overgrown with strangler vines, evocative of dark legends.
Technically, this is a mixed bag: sketched with soluble graphite, then a multicoloured acrylic wash, then detailed drawing with soft pastel, with details & textures rendered with EE pencil.
