Original artwork description:
This painting is one of 2 artworks I created when I first started the flat below where I live as a studio. At the time the space was empty so I lay large sheets of paper on the floor with the idea to get a very physical sense of each room. The work is very mixed media using wax and graphite to make a rubbing of the floor surface, and then worked into it further with charcoal, glaze medium and acrylic.
The painting is unframed and would require framing, it will be shipped in a tube.
