Romper la orilla is an oil painting on canvas on a wooden stretcher. The work is satin varnished.
It corresponds to a very remembered and repeated image. Constant. The moment when the sea approaches the shore and breaks into foam on contact with the sand, again and again, in continuous movement. In the work this moment is frozen.
