Original artwork description:

This is an original painting of the Still Life, that I was doing in February of 2015. Winter months are usually reserved for still lives and portraits since it's too cold for the plein airs. I love gardening and all kinds of flowers and plants. My wife gave me that potted begonia for the Valentine's Day. Its red leaves that grey February day were so bright and alive that immediately inspired me to start the Still Life. Painted on a gallery wrapped canvas, the picture is already framed in a grey-blue frame, and it comes ready to hang. It is signed in front with my initials in Georgian "Z" "Sh" (ზ.შ.).
