Im enjoying painting with the season. This scene is of a Northumbrian field with one lone Rowan tree with a fresh coating of cleansing snow.
It's a lighter palette for me and is made up of many layers of different types of paint and surface treatments which glisten in different lighting situations. Frosty and quite refined.
