Original artwork description
An original oil painting of wild atlantic waves where I live on the southwest coast of Ireland. The coastline along the Atlantic sea here can get a lot of wind and the waves can be big and dramatic and it's great to just sit and watch them roll onto the coast. It's painted in abstract style with lots of light and dark shades to make it interesting. The deep edges of the canvas are left white ready to hang. The colors are deep shades of blue nearly black against the white waves.
