The robin is a bird with distinct personality- we have one that is particularly adventurous and will even hop into the back of our car if left unattended. We have 4 maybe 5 robins in our garden all with their own territory.

Printed in three layers of colour this version is printed onto off white somerset printmaking paper (300gsm). The background layer is printed first as a graduated print using several colours. The robins red breast is the second layer with the outline and feet printed last. Each layer is cut into a separate sheet of lino.

oil based ink on somerset printmaking paper
