My painting of Oceanside Marina I tried to depict the delightful scene, with a lighthouse, shops, people, stores, and restaurants by the ocean. I wanted to capture the charm and atmosphere of a coastal town. I wanted to include; capturing the play of light and shadow, the colors of the water and sky, and the architectural details of the buildings.
