Original artwork description:

I find myself drawn to the mundane, passed by and overlooked. Some things are so familiar we no longer look at them. I have loved the hedgerow as part of the British landscape and have been photographing them for over a year. This small, 8 x 10" painting depicts the hedgerow at its simplest and most familiar, beside the road, zooming past it.

Materials used:

Acrylic painting on board. Unframed.
