Drawing upon visits to the French Riviera and region of Provence, France for summer festivals and vacations, it is a very special part of the world that can restore the soul simply by breathing the air and if you can find a spot between the rocks, spend time relaxing in the water, you will emerge refreshed and anew!

The work simply titled Riviera, Provence looks towards the undulating coastline from a few meters out to sea, in the distance the mountains with Mont St. Victoire featured. Cyprus trees ride the profile of cliffs casting deep shadows atop glistening grasses that dress the hillside and as they descend to the waters edge reveal the most gorgeous ochres and rudy orange soils that are exposed across the torn surface.
