Iconic Riveroaks Theater located in historical heart of Houston built in Art Deco Style. It served as a beautiful time travel into the world of sophistication. Unfortunately due to COVID 19 it was shut down. Recently announcement was made that investment firm purchased this building and will be bringing it back to life.
I used famous quote from "Godfather" that was actually displayed on this building billboard right after purchase news in 2021.
