This painting depicts a misty morning on the river Test in Hampshire.

It incorporates my characteristic use of reflective paints to capture the light. I have used a range of sumptuous 'Golden' paints to create this painting: light violet, ultramarine violet, iridescent pearl, ultramarine blue, iridescent gold and iridescent copper on a high quality 'Seawhite' deep box canvas painted white on the sides, so you may choose not to frame. However I believe that the painting would greatly benefit from framing .The last image indicates an image of my recommendation for framing, which would be with an offset white frame.

Artificial light accentuates the reflective quality of the painting.

Initialled on the front and signed on the back and supplied with a certificate of authenticity.
