Original artwork description:

I took a walk off the beaten path searching for something that spoke to me to paint. I heard some running water through the midst of a forest, so I hiked through the trees and sat by this peaceful babbling brook. It was just me and my paints in the middle of this beautiful scene. I loved how the fall leaves just floated on top of the water and the way the wet rocks glistened. It was a wonderful afternoon well spent.
