My rescue dog, Figzy, loves Dartmoor as he has a bit of a wild past in Romania so jumping from rock to rock feels like home to him. There are no sheep in this terrain just endless trees so I don't have to reign him in. We nearly got lost in the many trees. The River Bovey was very swollen with frothing white water at this series of cleaves, in the summer it's all mossy green boulders with water low down.
