Original artwork description:

This is a soft dreamy abstract painting in shades of pink with a touch of turquoise blue. I chose the title "Rising to the Surface" because of the many transparent and semi-opaque layers. The history created in each layer appears to be either rising to the surface, or descending.

I love a painting that after living with it for a while I am still finding new and interesting things in it to enjoy. This is one of those paintings.

24x24 inches, sides painted black. Wired ready to hang on back. Protected with a light gloss varnish. Gloss varnish is a low gloss, not super shiny, but some sheen to it. If you prefer a high gloss please message me and I can do that for you.

Painted with acrylic paints. Shipped in a double thick cardboard box with reinforcements around the edges. Frame shown in room photos not included.

Signature will be on front as well as back, also titled and dated on back.
