A coloured abstraction, where shapes, colours, transparencies and opacities confront each other. Complementary tones, muted colours: dark reds, red ochres, browns, light orange, khaki green and an opaque blue respond to transparent whites or different opacities. Several types of pictorial writing, flat tints, strokes, smears of glazes, animate the surface in a nervous and contemporary language. A gestural, expressionist painting, with a lively expression. The artist finds here the style of lyrical abstraction, whose spontaneity, theatrical, dramatic, written pictoriality are the characteristics.
