Original artwork description:

I’ve named this piece ‘Ripple’ to describe the rise and fall of the curves across the canvas. I like geometric shapes and lines and I’m particularly fascinated by those which give the impression of movement and optical illusion. I’ve chosen a simple, monochrome palette so as not to distract from the movement of the eye across the artwork.

This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on stretched canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to give a semi-gloss finish and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The sides of the painting have been painted black and the painting has been fitted with picture wire, ready to hang. The painting is signed on the back and will be shipped with the Certificate of Authenticity.

The painting measures 24 x 36 inches (61 x 91 cm).
