"Riomaggiore, Cinque Terre, Italy" is an original, one of a kind, palette knife, acrylic on canvas.

This is vibrant in colour and texture painting of stunning Riomaggiore village, considered to be the most romantic of the Cinque Terre. Beautiful Riomaggiore is a cascade of multi-coloured houses in the typical Ligurian style, all tightly clustered around a tiny natural picturesque harbour carved out in between the rocks and offers the best sunset spot in Cinque Terre.

I created this painting using layers of bold acrylic paint applied with various palette knives to achieve highly textured, modern, impressionistic piece.

Colours I have chosen are mainly different shades of green and blue with accents of vibrant yellow, orange, pink and purple.

This painting is created using high quality materials including acrylic paints, canvas stretched on a wooden frame and non yellowing varnish for protection.
