Artwork description:

Triptych of square atmospheric black & white coastal landscapes exploring symmetry, perspective and diagonals.

These three photographs are from the summer of 1998 and was captured with my old trusted Bronica SQAi medium format camera on Kodak T-MAX 100 - all captured on the same roll of film. I intentionally over-exposed it by 1 stop and pulled (under-processed) it for a softer tonal range.
The individual image titles are:
- Walkway (76x76cm)
- Poles In The Water (76x76cm)
- Cross In Rock (76x76cm)

It was an unusually warm day with not a cloud in the sky and I had decided to pack my camera and take the 75km (46 miles) cycle trip to visit a friend. I did a few stops along the way to capture some landscapes and these are my favourites from the trip. It's some images I've been planning to pull out of the archives for quite some time.
