I confess, I am the one of those who suffer badly under stress caused by the isolation and all the media hystery around latest news.
To fight this media-induced depression I use visualitation technik. One of such meditational exercises is to imagine an animal which will carry you out of the darkness. Real one any or fairy-tale creature. An animal strong enough to carry you or you with your loved ones. It can be a pet. It can be a wild elephant, some animal you've been dreaming about in your childhood. And then imagine how this animal takes you far away from all of your current worries and brings you to a beautiful, safe place. Imaginig some small details helps a lot to visualize a really vivid picture. And this images help afterwards in the reality! This is one of such visualisation i have captured in ceramic. A story about a melancholic girl on her dog. She is thoughtfully sad rght now, but this huge dog will help her and will carry her as long as it needs to bring her to the bright side.
