A study of the landscape of the Ribble Valley Lancashire. Ever changing skies and landscape colouration, this area is an endless source of inspiration. Everything that is wonderful about the English countryside is here to work with. Water, wild flora, dramatic skies, trees, meadows and a wonderful calmness.
Intuitive and abstract in part, application is energetic, textural and spontaneous but captures the real essence and atmosphere of the valley.
Painted onto canvas using top quality oils. Sealed with varnish to seal and protect the artwork.
