Rhododendrons in the mountains.

One of the most beautiful natural phenomena for me is sunsets. And if you also watch the sunset in the mountains, and also in the flowering of rhododendrons... This is an amazing splendor. I tried to convey how the flowers shimmer in the setting sun, from blue flowers in the shadows to warm yellows and soft coral in the light in the last rays of the setting sun. How the clouds are painted in shades of pink and purple.

The painting was painted with professional oil paints on Italian linen canvas.
