Original artwork description:

I started this as a sketch on a printed brown paper that had roses wrapped in it. I decided to make it a painting with a limited palette of cool and warm grey tones with strong red accents. I worked pencils into the final painting to give it a more textural feeling. Inspiration came from an old black and White Fleetwood Mac album cover and the song Rhiannon.
