Original artwork description:

This is an original soft pastel painting, studying the light penetrating and bouncing off different coloured glass vessels and a mirror underneath. The green Roemer glass is a souvenir from the Netherlands my husband and I visited on our honeymoon, a tribute to the many Dutch painters, both historical and contemporary, that I`ve admired -and learned from- so much.
Painted from life on dark UArt pastel paper.

artist grade soft pastels, sanded pastel paper
