Original artwork description:

40 x 40 x 1.5 inches large original oil painting of a path through an autumn wood. Three female deer and one stag watch from the right as the light beckons though the trees. It promises a discovery of some kind. The style is slightly art nouveau, semi abstract and is painted to give a blurred out of focus effect. This path through a forest is a persistent theme for me as I walk often in woodland like this. And when I do, I am forever feeling like I will discover something magical just around the next bend. The trees whisper it, the sunlight hints at it, the deer lead to it. Maybe one day I will find it (whatever it is!)
